FAQ

How do I get a copy of my
prescription?

The optician is legally obliged to provide you with a copy of your prescription after your eye test. If they don’t give you this, make sure you ask them. You might feel anxious and feel pressured into having to purchase a pair of glasses after your test but always remember that it is your choice where to buy your glasses. You are still within your rights to leave with a copy of your prescription even if you were provided with free test promotion in some High Street Opticians.

How recent does my prescription have to be?

You should have your eyes examined every two years unless your Optometrists states otherwise. If you have a problem with your eyes or glasses before your routine eye test is due, you can request for retest at the same opticians. It is advised to have the test at the same place as there will be a history of your records and easier to follow up from previous clinical findings.

Where Can I go and have my eye test for the first time?

My best advice on this is to ask your family
and friends where they go and for details
of their experiences. However, If you
have specific requirements or concerns,
please get in touch with me. I will gladly
recommend the best optician suited to
your needs as it is an industry I am familiar
with to be able to make recommendations.

Do I need to ask for my pupillary distance (PD) to complete an order with one 2 one Eye Care?

No, you do not need to ask for this measurement as it will be taken using an accurate pupillary measuring equipment during your consultation at one 2 one Eye care.

How far can you travel to provide direct service?

I can travel to all areas in London Home Counties. Our meeting place will be entirely of your choice. It could be at the comfort of your home with your friends or family members present to participate in your frame choices. It could also be at your place or even in any one of the high street coffee shops. The meeting time is pre-agreed allowing up to 1hour for the complete process. I like to inform you that I am very flexible and prepared to meet you after work hours, evenings and weekends
to make it easier and convenient for you.

Why do you only stock or sell designer frames?

I believe spectacles are not just for your
vision: they are part of your personality and
your style. Spectacles are growing part of
the fashion industry and having the choice
available to you from well-known brands,
and styles make it easier to achieve the
perfect look and comfort you expect.

Why are One 2 One Eye Care spectacles cheap?

One 2 One Eye Care has no shop rent to pay or large overhead expenses. This allows marking up the cost of any brand designer frames to be low and affordable. It is the only and the first optical business that would sell any designer frame complete with lenses regardless of the brand name at one fixed price package.
